「Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony.
Our was spotless, cleaned everyday
The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely.

「Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel.」

「Very nice and clean apartment with sea and sunset view. Very peaceful area with plenty of parking. Closest beach 15-20 min walk. By car you can reach any beach in the area within 10 min.
Plenty of places to eat within 10 min walk. The only downside is soundproofing of rooms and no aircon if you require one.」

「3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean.
Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude.
All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned.
Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...
