"View was okey - Big cruise ships in the view all the time , one day there were 3 - so it kinda kills the view , food choices were there but not much changing - staff was excellent , hotel design and amenities were nice ; however felt value was not there ; it was pricey - the suggested travel agents - packages were offered much cheaper on boat or but thought from hotel they would do some exclusive offers - but they were high priced and below average service for the excursions - excursion we took was Nexus tours and I highly discourage that to be used ever. "

"This is a mixed review because there were things we genuinely liked about this hotel. The property is beautiful-very modern with a relaxed boho vibe & the location is great, close to beaches, the marina, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues and had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had a sliding door that wouldn’t close properly, so we were moved right away. The second room was on the second level facing the main street and the noise was extremely loud starting around 6am, garbage trucks, construction, traffic, and street noise. The windows seem to have very little sound insulation because the noise sounded almost the same whether the window was open or closed. Since this was supposed to be a relaxing trip, we asked to move again. We accepted a downgrade to a room without a kitchen just to get away from the street. Unfortunately that room had a connecting door with almost no soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the guests next door talking, brushing their teeth, using the bathroom, and watching TV. At that point we asked for a refund and considered leaving, but the staff tried to help and offered a room on a new floor that was quieter. However there was no Wi-Fi and we also had AC issues. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff were kind, but the noise, room changes, lack of Wi-Fi, and AC problems made the stay disappointing. No compensation was offered."

"The views are amazing. There was an incident which we sought to be remedied through a mid stay survey from the property and asked to be contacted as it was a safety issue and the property did not reach out or follow through. The rooms are showing their age and the water was always luke warm. The staff were attentive and the green spaces looked immaculate. All of this though was tainted by the safety concern not being addressed which impacted several guests."

"We were taken to their newer resort per their request and offered a financial amount to stay there. They wanted to showcase their newest hotel I'm assuming. Kadun. It was very nice and modern. Did address a smell in one room and quickly changed us to another. It was very nice and updated."

"This property is very nice. The staff is exceptional. Service in all areas was top notch. Pool is very functional. No fighting for chairs and pool service and food was great. Haven’t had a bad meal here at all. Planned to stay 5 days and ended up staying 9! We will definitely be back. "
