「We visited Cameroon for 2 weeks. We stayed at this hotel the last 2 days of the trip and were very pleased. Many other hotels we used were really poor. The Hôtel Bano Palace was a pleasure and the shuttle to the airport was great. The pool was clean and nice, a cocktail by the pool made for a nice evening. Thumbs up by our family. 」

「Problème d'humidité au mur surtout au 4e étage, serrure de porte brisée, wifi offert mais pas de connexion internet, aucune fiche avec les numéros d'appel de la réception ou du restaurant dans les chambres, télévision disponibles mais pas d'image, commode de lit pas nettoyé... Le service a la réception est irréprochable, cependant, il est pire au restaurant.」

「The reliability of the elevators was questionable, but otherwise the hotel was well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was a reasonable variety of dinner menu options and everything I ordered was very delicious. The breakfast was also very good.」

「アフリカの中では標準レベルの清潔さ。 日本と比べると価格に対しての部屋のレベルは見劣りするかもしれないが、安全で停電もないのは非常に良い。 部屋の中が湿っぽかったが、ベッドルームには個別のエアコンが付いていて除湿もでき快適だった。」

「周りのホテルに比べ価格が安いが、空港への無料の送迎が含まれていたり、機能的には問題ない。 朝食がパンだけで物足りないのとネットが遅いのが多少気になるが許容範囲だ。幹線道路から１本入り夜も静かだし、１ブロック歩けばレストランやバー、カジノがあり便利な立地だ。」
