Family Vacation

If you like a hotel that is clean, secure & calm, then look no further. I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness, even the pool. There is a baggage scan & metal detectors upon arrival. The hotel location is very calm & quiet even during the day. Breakfast buffet was exceptional...something for everyone. Burger at Skybar was delicious, though a bit pricey. There's also a bakery next to the lobby. All staff members were very courteous & friendly. Hopefully, someday they can have an ATM machine like some other hotels in town.

The hotel came recommended to us by colleagues. We arrived a day late and and no issues checking in, security and reception staff very helpful and polite. Room was a good size and had a secure safe TV didn't work but that didn't bither me. Shower was never hot but again I wasnt too bothered. Couple if times mine and my colleagues rooms.were open when we arrived back in the evening, when questioned it was to 'let the floor dry' i wasnt happy about that as all our belongings were visible - nothing was taken though i must say. Breakfast was always fresh and plenty of choice. Skybar restaurant was cool, great atmosphere and really nice food. Overall i would definitely recommend the hotel.and would.have no hesitation in staying here again. Thanak Star land team

I was charged a bill for mini bar, which no one told me about when we moved in. All I was told, was that I enjoyed the drinks I must pay for them. Sincerely, I thought it was part of the package, since we were unaware until we were checking out. We were also told we were not the first to complain about. The manager even threatened us, and this is while we were running out of time for our flight. Also, we were told transportation was available, to drop us at the airport, but we waited in vain. They kept saying the driver was not available.
