「Good base for accessing Lake District.」

「This is a little gem in the heart of a village Highly recommend to everybody, restaurants pubs shop and beach all within minutes of the cottage’s property was spotless clean and lovely and warm , met the family over the course of four days all very nice with plenty of smiles every time you see them Very dog friendly with many lovely walks around the area」

「Absolutely amazing. The view was brilliant, the cabin was perfect, and was welcomed on arrival and made to feel part of the family. Would definately recommend and will be coming back in the future.」

「We had a brilliant stay at Ritson Wharf. The hosts were great, informing us of places to eat and go to visit. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was decorated really tastefully to high standard. We would recommend it and hopefully will visit again !😊」

「This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property.」

「I've been staying in holiday lets in Keswick for many years and I'm pretty sure that this is the best I've stayed in. Great location in the middle of Keswick, and happily my favourite restaurant in town is on the ground floor of the building! Very well presented with an amazing kitchen and fantastically well-equipped (so many places don't even have one pint glass, let alone 6!). A few days into my stay the latch on the main entrance to the building was loose and likely to fall off soon - I...

「The house really makes the most out of its space. Really comfortable and modern yet still cosy. Everything is new, clean and well thought out. Having the downstairs toilet outside is a bonus and also the outhouse with washing machine, drier and freezer - it just frees up so much space. The house instantly feels spacious even though it is quite a small footprint and the garden is beautiful and secure. My parents live in Braithwaite so I know it well and it really does have everything, including...

「We have stayed at Millside Cottage many times before and it's a favourite of ours. Cottage is very homely and well equipped. It was great to see that the shower has been upgraded. One suggestion is that the new Wood burner is not that practical to use as there is no companion set, or at the very minimum an available poker. Having a fire at home, we know that sometimes you really need a poker to "re-adjust" locations of logs within the fire to ensure that they are sat correctly.」

「We ended up here very last minute and we loved every minute of the nine nights we stayed here it. It's a great place to stay if you want to be near to Keswick but not necessarly in Keswick. If you've got a big SUV parking can be tricky but our Renault Captur fitted in there fine. It's highly recommended.」

「Great location just outside Cleator Moor. Plenty of parking」

「Excellent company to book with , all arrangements were very straight forward . A nice touch is supporting the local food bank with excess food t the end of your stay. Property was as described , well equipped and in a fab location .」

「We had a wonderful stay at Lords Seat. The surrounding area was beautiful and it wasn't too far from places to visit. The only problem was not being able to watch TV in the evening. Someone did come out but was unable to fix it. Also the jam we ordered was mouldy when we opened it. Will definitely go back again.」

「Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick.」

「Very comfortable and thoughtful accommodation, a lot of care had been taken with design. Location is convenient for accessing lots of walks. The Chalet and Lingholm are very good for lunch.」

「This was our second stay at Gretaside and we love the convenience of the town centre location and the sound of the river from the bedroom window. Also a bonus to have private secure parking. It is a top floor apartment so 3 sets of stairs to get your luggage up could be a challenge for some. The apartment had a well set up small kitchen with everything we needed. The bed is on the hard side and we brought our own topper to soften it. Wardrobe space is limited especially as the hoover is...

「The house had everything we needed. A short (and beautiful) walk into Keswick and lots of walks from the doorstep. Near to the lake for water sports too. There was plenty of storage for our bikes and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.」

「We had a brilliant week at this beautiful house, the best one we have ever stayed in,the pool table was a great asset to all the family,we will certainly be back next year Loved everything about it, Thank you」

「The location of the apartment is ideal for everything. Very close to all the amenities & centre of Keswick plus the lakeside path to start walks. Beautifully decorated & everything we needed for a long weekend away. Enough space for 6 people with 2 bathrooms which is always a bonus. Would definitely return.」

「Everything was good Dining table a bit wobbly if leant on .lovely bathroom and kitchen well equipped.」
