Best part about the hotel is the rooftop bar with a view and the ability to smoke cigars.
The rooms are extremely small, horrible design.
The service was impeccable and very well thought out"

"The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there.

"New and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with
English communication. Had slight issue with English communication at the bar area. The drinks were not what we were use to in the way they made them. Good cleaning staff. "
"Located in Moema it’s a pretty safe and posh district of São Paulo. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and Oxxo nearby. Walking distance to metro.
Super friendly and polite staff always ready to help. The breakfast is average with not much variation. Room is small but clean, soundproof and nicely designed. Good shower and some toiletries provided.

"It was a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly. Several local dining options really close by and some cool places in the local area. We used Uber and walking to get around the city (and Sao Paulo is HUGE), and we got Ubers super fast at this location. The location was really nice, and spring for the breakfast! It's worth it."
