"Fairly happy with my stay, downside is outlets are not near the bed, had to come up with some idea to plug my CPAP machine and make it work. Toilets too close to the shower door, you really have to sit kinda sideways.
Overall the staff really made up for it, I'd probably stay again if less than 3 days "
"The system for checking in it’s so tedious and annoying. They call you on WhatsApp from a company. That’s a different name from the building and at first you think it’s a scam. And when you ignore it, they tell you that you cannot check into the hotel anymore. And then you have to do it in a hurry. Also, they don’t tell you that they ask for a security deposit which they ask you at the time of check-in. But the hotel is really clean and pretty. Also, they don’t give you any towels or toiletries...

10/10 Excellent
"We had a good time at the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. Damares and Flavio are excellent employees. Anytime I had a question, they always made sure that I got an answer. Thank you so much for all of your help!"
"This is a lovely property! In the very center of everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They allowed an early check in after a horrid experience down the road of which are very grateful for the kindness. Great hot showers ! "
"My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question."
