A brand new basement suite which is 15 minutes drive from the International Airport and 20 minutes drive from Downtown and has a separate front main entrance in the Edmonton's Newest & Safe Neighborhoods- Allard. It has keypad door lock and is equipped with CCTV, Wi-fi, Prime Video, laundry and Treadmill. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and functional appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
