"Breakfasts as usually excellent, fresh fruits, the coffee always good, The personal at the hotel always ready to help and very friendly, Every time that I come to visit Guayaquil this is the hotel that I always stay, "

"Was much nicer than expected. Staff was fantastic, beds were soft and comfy, breakfast buffet was pretty good (unless arriving within 30 minutes of closing time. - pancakes and waffles were gone) and pool area/locker rooms were nice. The pizza we ordered was great! The only downfalls were that the dinner buffet seemed as though it had been sitting out for some time without being refreshed and the hot tub wasn't relaxing (bubbles were incredibly strong and the heater wasn't in, even though we asked fort it to be turned on). Overall though, a wonderful experience!"
