"We began our tour of Ecuador in Quito here at Santiago's property. The building is more impressive in person. It is attended 24 hours by friendly and helpful security in the lobby. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean. The location is great as the Bosque mall is across the street - you can find anything you'd need there. Andres assisted us with accessing the room, and was also very friendly and accomodating. We plan to return again soon!"
