"I traveled with my family (2 kids). I am very picky when it comes to hotels cleanliness. This hotel was great in that sense. Very clean and well maintained. The best, no carpet, the room floors are tile making it even more clean. The room leads to a balcony and its location is on a main street making it super accessible to shopping and food. Only 10 min from Dollywood, which made our trip even better. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but it was good for us. We went during jeep week and thought it was going to be crazy, but it was pretty cool, hotel was safe, and no noisy nights or disrespectful guests. My kids enjoyed both pools (outdoor and indoor). No security deposit for accidentals and free parking. Overall we loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling to the area."

"In general our stay was awesome. The hotel is very beautiful and inviting. The pool, hot tub, and lazy river were amazing and relaxing. We were very close to all of the things we had planned to do on our trip. There were only two things that bothered or upset us. First when we first checked in we were directed to speak to the concierge regarding coupons for area attractions. Really it was to hit us up to sign up to book future vacations . We hadn’t even had the chance to enjoy this vacation before being asked to drop more money. Big turn off. Second our first night there we tried to have dinner inside the 5 o’clock somewhere bar and grill. We waited over 30 minutes and never had a waitress come to our table. When we got up to leave no one seemed to care that we were leaving including the bar tender who was there the whole time watching us wait."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Very close to the main shopping strip area. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Marsha was very helpful during my stay. The negatives that I read are true. Slow elevators, and the parking area has narrow spots. That wasn’t a big deal. The beds are fair and I brought my own pillow. The pool area and jacuzzi are so relaxing and amazing. I didn’t use the gym but it did look small. I would stay here again. It was affordable and nice stay overall."

"Rooms were large! Nice waterpark. You will not be able to get in room till 3. We arrived 20 minutes early and was going to be charged50 dollars to check in at that time! Crib was dirty and broken, but they did replace immediately! Overall it was a nice stay and plenty to do at resort and nearby!"
