"Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "

Being on The Island, the downfall is parking. You have to pay for parking, whether it’s valet or self park. But overall, well worth the money. "
