「The staff was very rude at check in, one of the room keys didn’t work and there were no parking spots left」

「They had an actual key instead of a card which was a nice touch and real door handles. You don't see that anymore. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The sauna was a huge whiskey berral and had a nice setting area to relax. 5 stars in my book.」

「Great historical hotel stay. Be aware if staying on a Sunday that the bar is closed, as well as many shops/restaurants on the plaza. You can walk to the Buffalo Hall, about .5 miles away, for good drinks and eats and history. So much history in the area. Only issue is that the pillows need upgrading.」

「We had a wonderful and restful overnight stay at this wonderful hotel. The room that we booked had issues with the AC, and we were given another room. The manager took us around and showed us one of the two rooms they had available, and right away we chose the first without looking at the other one. The room that we got was more than what we expected. It was clean, spacious, and we slept throughout the night without no issues. We did have dinner at the hotel bar and the food was good and the...
