「Our stay felt luxurious and quiet, better than we had hoped. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond expectations to make sure we felt special. They listened to our story and then added details to our stay that made it magical and memorable. We were able to enjoy a romantic weekend. 「The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach.
