「Nice quiet cottage on the river. Close to town. 」

「The location of the house is not what was described. It's off a dirt road, with no lights or an address off the street. Its behind a large, heavy metal gate which is hard to pull by yourself to lock it up. The house is back behind two houses and the pictures show a brown house but it's white. The house was not clean. The floors were super sticky, mold in on the shower curtain, dead bugs behind the bed and the cabinets. The master bathroom shower went from hot to cold but nothing in between....

「Very clean and well-maintained house with an amazing deck that overlooked Thunderbird Lake. It also had a lower deck by the water, which was a cove, that was extremely nice. Will definitely be going back.」

「This is the perfect location to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying the privacy this cottage has to offer. The owner went above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Some of my favorite features was the fire pit, corn hole, watching hummingbirds feast on nectar while I drank coffee on the porch swing, and the comfortable beds. 「This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies...

「Just an great, cute little spot. Doniphan itself is a fun rural missouri town, with hiking and floating opportunities around The site itself is really nice. Theres a propane heater if it gets cold, that works great, and a portable AC to keep temps low when it gets hot. We had a small hiccup with the shower, but that was fixed quickly and the little insta hot water heater works great.
