Cottage on riverbank one mile from Clarksdale in gated community

Only 1 mile from Historic downtown Clarksdale, home of the blues, the cottage sits on the banks of the Sunflower River with beautiful views of rustic woods in a gated community . Out your window you might see deer, fox & other wildlife. Take a walk along the riverbank. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, great views, privacy, & closeness to all the cool music venues + 2 Fire pits , outside grill & full kitchen. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & kids. The space
The cottage is a old shotgun tenant house with pecky cypress walls. It has one comfy king size bed and a plug in eazi- bed air mattress or the sofa. It also was a tiny bedroom with a twin trundle bed with a pop up twin mattress underneath too.. So the cottage will sleep 5 (it will be very cozy. :)) There is a dining/deck area and a 65”TV with you tube live,Netflix, and prime video, DVD player and a full kitchen. One bath with a large shower and lighted makeup mirror. There is a small closet in the back of the cottage with hanging space and luggage rack for suitcases.iron and ironing board are in this area ..cottage is pet friendly.. Need more space? Guest access
Guest will have access to the outside grill, gas and wood firepits, free parking , a 65” TV, DVD player . Great walks down to and along the riverbank or around the farm land/ cotton field across the road. Cottage has a full kitchen with sink , .. a Kerig coffeemaker , full size fridge with ice maker , stove, and microwave. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo , conditioner, body wash are all available ,
Other things to note: Coffee station provided. One mile from downtown Clarksdale and 4 minutes to Shank Up Inn/ Hopson Commissary.
There is always a 4 night minimum for the Juke Joint Festival in April.
