「Staff very good but on Friday one young lady had to do reception, bar and restaurant which I felt was too much for her. However she cheerfully managed to help everyone eventually! Saturday morning the lift wasn’t working! 」
「Thank you for wonderful hospitality. We spent 5 days with family at your hotel and we had wonderful experience during our stay. Good communication and proactively support by the reception. Location was good and easily commute to the nearest station and huge shopping center, also amazing garden parks. It took a little bit time to commute to Central London by subway, but it mostly does not matter for us.
