「The location was wonderful. I would have liked to have had room to eat in my room, but given the price, that may not have been an option. My only regret is that the toilets were often backed up.」

「街中のお洒落なホテル。地下鉄のアクセスもよく、観光にとても便利な立地です。スタッフのの方もフレンドリーです。お部屋はテラス付きで、綺麗でしたが、テラスにタバコの吸い殻がたくさん落ちていたのでハウスキーパーにすぐに掃除をお願いしました。（禁煙ルームだったので外で喫煙されていたのでしょう）また、テラスに植木があるからか、部屋に蚊が数匹いました。それ以外はとても居心地のいいお部屋でした。」

「Perfect location in the East Village. Nice that it is on the first floor so you are not having to climb lots of stairs. Great for 2 people. Check in was super easy and apartment was very clean. Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great. Overall a really good stay. Great place to come in and out of...

「Chris' property in the Lower East Side was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced (and we've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties). It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay....
