"We had a fantastic stay at this Bethel home. The house was exactly as described very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for this extended family trip. The host was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.The hot tub was absolutely essential, especially after long days on the mountain—it was clean, hot, and a perfect way to unwind. The location was also ideal, just about 15 minutes from Sunday River, making it very convenient for skiing while still feeling quiet and private.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bethel Sunday River area. "

"Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!"

"No Heat not that is was broken there was none in the house We are talking October in New Hampshire It as was 28 degrees inside The kitchen sick and toilets where nasty The refrigerator had half eaten food in it No TV OR WIFI after asking directly and being lied to !!! so we are stuck in a freezing dirty house with no TV or WIF we booked for 3 days and levt after 9 hours ( at Dawn)"
