"We needed to drive from the hotel to the main lodge, but it was a super short trip. No big deal room and hotel were very clean. Staff very helpful. The hot tub outside was an excellent way to end of the day."

"Great place, love the easy ski in and out access. Love the ski storage (concierge style). Grateful for the amenities: steam room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and gym. Lobby area was nice to sit and enjoy the fireplace. Cute little touches like the marshmallows for roasting and the tea in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and even the sauna area could use a bit of an upgrade as it seems like it's probably been a while but that is minor compared to the great experience. Also, take note that the food everywhere in the area is quite expensive. Would highly recommend. "

"Location was excellent. Condo was clean but furniture and comforters were very worn. Definitely could use upgrade. Beds were adequate. Could use new mattresses. "

"Excellent stay at Joes place located at Sunday river. Check in was not until 4:00 PM and we had someone on out group who was not skiing. We were able to connect with cleaners who let us know it was ready earlier and much appreciated. The place was very clean, heated bathrooms floor was a plus and easy ski in and ski out near southridge express lift. The outdoor pool was relaxing and very warm. The only complaint was that it was hard to identify which building we were in. Northpeak condos has 3 buildings and there are no signs to identify which building we were in. A sign be helpful. "

"Condo was very clean, neat & perfect location. Check in & out was super easy. The host left perfect instructions and there was no confusion. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials which made prepping/cooking meals feel like home. Plenty of bath towels were available for all the guests. My group & I loved how convenient the condo was to the trails, it really enhanced the overall ski weekend. Would recommend to anybody looking to experience the ski in-ski out vibe at Sunday River! "

"This place provides convenient access to the "Mixing Bowl" area of Sunday River based at South Ridge Lodge. Ski-on to Double Dipper and get to the Chondola and Ski-off from Dream Maker that drops you off right at the condo. The views from the all rooms overlook the ski slope and lifts. This unit has a nice modern feel and is properly equipped for eating in and/or cooking a meal. I do have to mention our surprise when we first walked in at the HUGE TV that is provided. When the weather got cold a couple of nights, the propane fireplace made it cozy.This unit made our ski vacation perfect! I really do appreciate our PM, Julia for always responding to our questions, even after business hours. I really didn't expect that. I would recommend the Property amenities be updated to include on-site laundry facilities. We will be looking for this condo the next time we come to Sunday River!"
