「Hoops Inn is a lovely Grade II building with history. It has a lovely garden, although on a steep incline so may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulty. The staff are very welcoming & helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfasts with good quality produce.」

「A lovely find hidden away off the main street. We only booked the room an hour before arriving but were made to feel very welcome by the young lady behind the bar. Breakfast was cooked by Phil and was delicious and he came out and had a lovely chat with us. I would highly recommend. 」

「Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning.」

「COVID禍での滞在となりました。 営業していてくれただけでもありがたいですが、初滞在のホテルです。 パブの上階がホテルとなっているスタイルです。 夕食もパブで取れるので便利です。 チェックイン時は19時くらいでしたが、パブは盛況で混雑しており、チェックインに時間を要しました。 COVID対策で入り口での待ちが発生します。 食事も混雑していましたが、テーブルをすぐに準備してくれて、味も美味しかったです。 部屋は必要なものはそろっていますが、テーブルがないのが残念。 シャワーのお湯もすぐ出るし、朝食もフルブレックファストで満足の状態。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切なのでまた滞在したいです。 」

「Although our stay was fleeting (just one night) we were made to feel extremely welcome by all of the staff. The room lacked a TV, but actually this was an absolute blessing and it made change not to reach for a remote control. Instead there was a DAB radio which was playing a soothing Classic FM when we entered our rather classy country pub hotel. Everything was to a very high standard in our room. 「The breakfast menu was cooked to order and a great choice. The staff are wonderful and work hard, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the Lundy room which was well equipped, and a decent size, plenty of storage. We would definitely stay again. 」

Das Cottage ist sehr modern jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet mit jeglichem Komfort wie Wasch und Spülmaschine. Es liegt etwas abseits und der Weg zur Farm ist etwas rau aber wenn man eine ruhige Lage sucht ist man hier goldrichtig. Eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man das wundervolle Cornwall erkunden will und einen gemütlichen ruhigen Rückzugsort zur Erhohlung sucht.」
