"Everything was good. Nice staff, very good gym and sauna facilities, clean room with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was also of a good quality."

"Room and common areas very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room well decorated and bed comfirtable Some minor issues with fixtures. Only real problem is physical size of the room - too small for two adults and bathroom just uncomfortable. "

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The interior is neglected and rooms/bathrooms are not up to date despite the attempt to make them look like that. So not a comfortable stay. There were no proper side tables in our bedroom, the heating was provided by an electric heater which made the atmosphere very dry. Bathroom was a bad design without much space to put things."

"We stayed at Reed Loft for a week in August. Overall it's a great property with the added bonus of your own Swimming Pool and Sauna. Its much bigger than the photos show especially on the 1st floor! It's well maintained and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We stayed during a heatwave which was great but the upper floor was uncomfortably hot even with the floor fans going. The road to the property is mainly single track which was quiet most days but needed care when encountering oncoming cars/tractors etc."

"Lovely surroundings out in the countryside unfortunately the WiFi runs from the main house so the signal is very poor.The games room is misleading as in the view the property on cottages.com it show's that it is yours to use but it is opposite the property and is shared with other guests.Overall though a very Serene place with local activities and Folkstone a little drive"
