"We were disappointed. No discounts allowed for Graceland tickets because we used Expedia. Staff was not prepared to answer questions about Graceland. Did not receive room cleaning service for one of our nights. Thermostat was damaged/or did not work without getting up all night to set temp. Hotel has great potential but the staff does not really seem to care about your experience. Felt like a lot of “fake” nice trying to get tips. "
