「This hotel is right on the beach.Almost every room has an ocean view or a partial ocean view. The staff is the friendliest. The rooms on the property are a little dated, but if that doesn’t bother you, everything else is great. The location is superb and close to the airport. The concierge, Noe, was the best! 「The room was comfortable, clean and pretty and the pool and views were stunning, but I think what made this vacation the most special was the room hosts that were assigned to us- Alexander and Mariana. They went the extra mile for us to make sure all our needs are being addressed. We had some miss communications with some stuffs in the hotel, but they immediately made sure to solve it and made us very comfortable and happy. The experience wouldn’t be the same without them. 」
