"Overall was a good experience. We enjoy our visit. Beds were comfy. Bathroom had a leak but only when you open the sink. The other thing to note is their parking garage is very narrow hard to get in and get out. Apart from that our stay was good. "

"The location is perfect for attending the Portland Oregon Convention Center. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. There is a coffee bar on lobby floor. The views are amazing. The Metropolitan Tavern is a restaurant and bar located on the roof top of the hotel and the views are spectacular. The weekend brunch is wonderful! Great Mimosa!"

"They don’t offer a breakfast bar. The coffee is the hotel lobby now, which is fine with us. We always pick the Paramount hotel."

"The hotel is good and well located.breakfast was good and had a descent variety. Our room was not cleaned even after reminding, there was some miscommunication. We were provided additional towels when asked. We were provided late checkout and our bags stowed for our late flight which was very helpful. The front desk staff Aliyah was very helpful and kind."

"Beds were really comfortable everything was clean... but staff needs to work on communication we asked about the parking cause there's a gate and the guy said he didn't know about the parking so we paid $20 extra to get out of the building after already paying $40 for 2 nights.. and the maids messed up our room number took all of our belongings to the front desk cause they thought we was only staying one night but mistakes happen I would definitely stay here again if it wasn't $20 a night to park there"
