"There was hair on the sheets, under the sheets, under the liner. There were pee and coffee stains on the liners. I didn’t even check the whole bed(s). The lamp was covered in dust. The curtains were shredded on one side. The room smelled. The bathtub was destroyed. There was splatter on the bathroom door. The sink, faucet and mirror were not clean. We had to buy air freshener. I was too tired from the driving and I had a torn meniscus so I couldn’t deal with switching rooms till the next afternoon. Thankfully hotels.com got us a partial refund because the hotel tried to charge me for the full three days. We left and went to the Hilton which cost $375 for one night but it was worth it."

"This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass."

"The staff was very helpful in helping us check in early - we had spent the night in our car. They truly did everything they could. It was so nice to stay in a comfortable, beautiful and comfortable room. Especially one with ac that worked!"
