"We booked this hotel through Expedia and, due to last minute changes in our travel plans, I contacted Expedia before check-in to request a date change. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the hotel side, which was disappointing. We checked in quite late and only spent a short time at the property. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and has fairly limited amenities for what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was also not operational during our stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best and did not meet the standard compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at. The only real positive was the location, which was convenient and easily accessible."

"very convenient location and clean. Convenient store inside building wasn’t open. Porter carried my bag up to my room. Room was small but was not a problem for just one night. Clean room and shower. AC good. Cars were honking since 4am because it’s right next to the highway and bus station. Free shuttle from international terminal. Uber to domestic terminal was quick but had to make the driver come to the lobby. Staff was friendly and talked to the driver who weren’t coming over. Received whatsapp message with instruction ahead of time on how to find the hotel. Would stay again if I have to do another stay by the airport."
