Meine Registrierung für 2 Zimmer wurde nicht an das Hotel Weitergeleitet erst nach über 1ner Stunde rumtelefonieren haben wir 2 andere Zimmer bekommen. KATASTROPHE, das überlege ich mir das nächste mal bei Hotels.com zu buchen

Prima kamer om te overnachten in Düsseldorf! Vriendelijke mensen en het was er erg schoon en netjes. Vanuit het Hotel kun je alle kanten op met het openbaar vervoer en zelfs lopend was het goed te doen. Een erg leuk weekend gehad!

Veel waar voor je geld. Ruim opgezette kamer met alles erop en eraan. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Verder hadden we een ongelukje met de sofa, dit werd uitstekend opgelost. Verder kregen we bij het uitchecken nog een leuk presentje mee. Echt 5 sterren waardig.

Helle, moderne Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheit, kostemlosem wlan, Wasser und Kaffee. Bequemes Boxspringbett. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung. Parkmöglichkeiten in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage (15,-, vollkommen in Ordnung). Auch das Badezimmer ist topmodern und mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge: besser abdunkelnde Jalousien und breitere Betten (1,40 m war in Ordnung, aber 1,80 m wäre top). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir zu einem Konzert in den Pitcher (schräg gegenüber) wollen!

Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Shampoo hat leider gefehlt und es ist etwas hellhörig. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der allerdings ein Stockwerk unterhalb der Unterkunft hält. Der Empfang war sehr nett und wir konnten schnell und unkompliziert ein- und auschecken

Habe hier für eine Nacht übernachtet und obwohl es Probleme bei der Buchung gab hat mir die Besitzerin doch noch ein Zimmer klar machen können.

Don’t bother Thiyis not a serious hotel and don’t careabout their customers Having pre booked and paid in advance. I arrived at the property at 815pm having had transportation delays. The property is hard to find as the signage is poor and there are no visible signs of a guesthouse After ringing bell with no response I called the number in the booking form I was told that they had left for the day and I would not be let in.! On their website check in showed up to 9pm I disputed these facts with them but they refused stating that their booking conditions were clear and had the right to charge me. They took payment but I did not stay there! My advice avoid this place if you want to ensure you have a reliable and welcome place to stay

Ужасное место. Отдых испорчен.

Опаздывали на полчаса до 20.00,из-за проблем на железной дороге. Пытался связаться, но нигде нет ни телефона ни почты, обзвонил все сайты по бронированию , нигде не знают. Приехали в 20.20, никого нет. Сняли на эту ночь другой отель, пришли на следующий день, нам по хамски заявили, что если мы не заселились, то бронь на все дни аннулирована, деньги возвращать не будут. На вопрос, где и как возможно найти ваши контакты, мне ничего не показали, сказали не их проблемы, наорали и со скандалом выгнали. Шаражкина контора, никому не советую. Подозреваю, что специально не дают контакты, чтобы таким образом сшибать деньги. Находится в пдъезде жилого дома. Если не хотите испортить поездку не связывайтесь с этим заведением!

Der Anfang gestaltete sich herausfordernd. Das Hotel zu finden erfordert nämlich ein wenig dedektivisches Geschick, insbesondere in der Dunkelheit. Es verging einige Zeit, bis ich das dezente Namensschild und die Klingel fand. Der Hausflur des Wohnhauses, in dem sich das Hotel befindet, war alles andere als einladend. In der kleinen Belle Etage unter dem Dach angekommen, löste sich die Skepsis jedoch bald in Wohngefallen auf. Man bekommt ein sauberes, stimmig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Besonders das bequeme Boxspringbett und das moderne Bad stechen hier heraus. Im Aufenthaltsraum gibt es Kaffee und Tee. Lobend hervorzuheben ist nicht zuletzt die "familiäre" Atmosphäre des kleines Hotels, die vor allem durch die herzliche Besitzerin erzeugt wird.

We found it difficult to find initially, as there was no signage only an A4 poster on a wall, however once I had rung the bell the proprietor was very helpful, we used their garage and had keys for the room and the building. It was in a good location with all we needed within walking distance. The room was clean and very well appointed, and the proprietor couldn't have been more helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again.

200€ für eine Billigabsteige ohne Frühstück

Ehemaliges Obdachlosenheim. Rezeption nur bis 20:00 besetzt bei einem Zimmerpreis von 200€! Kollege kam um 21:00 und wurde am Telefon abgebürstet und musste sich ein anderes Hotel organisieren.

Nicht noch einmal!

Keine Ahnung, warum diese Absteige so gut bewertet wird. Die Empfangsdame war nett und freundlich, das war's aber auch schon mit positiven Nachrichten: Das Dachgeschoss-Zimmer war überhitzt, Dusche (Shampoo fehlte), Waschbecken und Toilette waren auf dem Gang (!) und der Raum stand nach dem Duschen "unter Wasser", das Zimmer war hellhörig, der Lärm von außen - Straße und Straßenbahn - bei geöffnetem Fenster unerträglich.

Rooms are clean, nice to stay considering its lower price. The staff is very kind as she allocated us our car parking place in font of the hotel, since there are a few areas to park aroubd the hotel.

The location infact was just 3 tram stops from the Dusseldorf HBF, but due to no hotel sign, most neighborhood didn't recognize the hotel existence which made us difficult to find out the real location, except the garments store clerk at the ground floor. Its just an apartment indeed. To go in, we must push a doorbell from the ground/road door, hehehe..... No matters with foods as surrounded by restaurants even need to walk 5-10 minutes. Inside the room, there were supplied free of charges of some fruits (unfortunately the apple was rotten), red wine but no drinking water, however sparkling water instead. Very clean room, bath room too provided with hand soap but no body liquid soap, no Aircond or fan. For ventilation, we need to open the door, there of course road noisy influence the sleep. Lift is only upto 6th floor, need to step up one more floor to reached the receiption and room.

Heb je even. De ervaring met dit hotel zou ik niet weten wij staan er voor en dan zeggen jullie pas sorry dit hotel is niet beschikbaar omdat er technische mankementen zijn en dan moeten wij het zelf maar op lossen. Wij stonden letterlijk en figuurlijk in de kou . Wij waren alleen armer omdat jullie ons 2 keer voor dit hotel lieten betalen en er ook nog niet in konden hoe leukkkk is dit
