"This visit was so very important for my husband and I as it doubled as a surprise Birthday trip and our anniversary getaway. And the staff didn’t miss a beat. They were kind, discreet with each surprise planned and extremely on point not to mention super hospitable. And the rooms surpassed all expectations especially when it came to cleanliness. The food at each restaurant was amazing. The drinks kept flowing and the lounge at night was an excellent place to vibe at or turn up. Also get the spa experience it is a true experience Tenisha has healing hands. Hands down one of our best resort experiences. My husband isn’t a fan of repeat trips, but he expressed more than once that he wants to come to the Hyatt Zilara Montego Bay AGAIN. So that says a lot about our experience."

"Beautiful property but we had to rush and scramble to find shelter after the hurricane came and we couldn’t get better accommodation than 25% which still put us at over $400 a night and the airport is closed for the next 4 days. We were with a party of 35 people and feel because it was an act of nature, we could have gotten a better deal so that we could have shelled in place. $1600-1800 is a lot to pay after we already paid over $4000 "

"The property was beautiful! From the time we entered we were greeted with staff that offered assistance with our bags. We had about a two hour wait until our room was ready. I’m the meantime, my boyfriend and I decided to explore the property to see what there was to look forward to doing. We immediately dinned at the buffet and the food was immaculate every single meal time. Not too much room for improvement aside from telling guests the hours of operations of the buffet. The concierge were constantly hustling for people to book excursions which could be a little overwhelming when relaxation is the ultimate goal but hey, I get it. Overall, Markeeno as well as the other staff at the Aquarius bar, Ruchelle at the giftshop treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. For this, we will definitely return. "
