Hotel is generally ok, neverthless, the management has no point to help their clients, i informed them thatbi was going to check out 1 day earlier, at least 2 days ago since my programme was changed but they charged me for full stay for no reason, since they got my credit card details..

The hotel is next to the train station. House cleaning is barely minimum - linens were not changed daily and towels looked depressed and worn.The facility needs some facelift.

Late at night on the last day, fixing a water leak from the bathroom ceiling was not very pleasant. This happened after I changed rooms a few days after checking in. This was the first time I had such an inconvenient stay in Dubai. It was Sad.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Extremely busy with limited lift, sometimes waited 15-20 minutes for lift service. Busy pool and gym, staff don’t acknowledge guest, reception staff useless and unfriendly. Parking is an absolute nightmare, apartments have no day light, limited TV channels, reception area ALWAYS very busy, kitchen in the apartment has limited kitchen utensils, rooms are very small and feel cramped. housekeeping is lazy don’t want to clean, only person from housekeeping good was Vinod who actually cleaned our room twice in our 3 weeks stay and wasn’t lazy. All converge staff complain about the hotel, too many rooms not many staff. I would AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Stayed for 4 nights with my family and a baby. The room looked good initially, but on further inspection we saw that it was really not clean at all especially for a baby. The couch was extremely dirty and many spots, the counter tops/sinks were stained and dirty. We found trash from previous guests under the living room center table and hair stuck to bathroom wall. It would take forever to connect to house keeping, and for anyone to actually bring us anything we requested for (extra water, towels, cutlery etc). We had the manager come in and inspect with us and assured us everything will be cleaned, but we were not very happy with the stay overall. Keep in mind, there are over 1000 rooms, so room service requests can take a long time. Few positives are location is convenient, close proximity to the station stop and 24 hr shop. Overall, not the best experience for us.

The hotel is located closer the metro. The check in wasnt smooth. Had to spend two hours as they did not have a clue of the payements. Staff kept saying different things about payement. This shows they had no communication with expedia. The cleanliness wasnt great. They need to improve in this. When you was your face the water splashes behind the basin. We had to use a towel to stop the water getting to the back. We paid for a suite but the balcony wasnt available the doors were locked as the glass was brocken.

The hotel room was a very old style room, it needs a great deal of renovation. The wardrobe did not close, there was an unpleasant smell in the room because of the old filters of air conditioner. The plugs to charge the mobile phone was with a non european adapter and when I called the indicated number “0” for assistance, i was told I need to go to the supermarket to buy one. Imbarassing. The kitchen was not well equipped at all, we were in 3 and had only one knife and one spoon and a couple of plates and two glasses. All placed on an old rusty cupboard. The furtinure has a lot of dirty spots as well all the curtains. Being a family of 3 we were given a suite with only one bed. However I booked and payed for 3 adults. Calling “0” for assistance was not helpful at all, I was told to pay for an extra bed. My small advice, never call “0”, go straight away to the reception on ground floor for any solution. The reception sent us someone to place and extra bed and gave us one adapter (the other we bought, being in 3 we have more than one gadget to charge). General impression was not great however. Though, I’m thankfull to a Diana who helped us at the reception desk to solve our issues. At the check out the reception sent a person to check if all was ok with the room. In 15 years of travelling experience, I faced this for the first time. A bit humiliating, sincerely, it was difficult to worsen the conditions of the room. The position of the hotel is 20 steps from the metro, a plus.

We booked a Prestige Suite Room 3120. There was nothing prestige about it. The room was dusty, floors were not clean, sofas, rugs, and tables were stained, both bathrooms had no hand soap, had to beg and wait for room essentials such as body towels, water from the shower was leaking out towards the toilet and sink, service was very slow (had to wait 30-45 minutes for towels and iron/ironing board), they would remove used towels from the room during service and never replace them, the lifts were not working (my wife was stuck in an elevator between two floors for at least 30 minutes), light bulbs in the room were burned out and never replaced even after bringing it to the attention of the service staff, on the last day of our stay there was no hot water in the sink or shower, apparently a water pipe broke on the 9th floor, and many things in the room were loose and/or broken. The only positive of this hotel is the grand breakfast buffet and the Metro being within walking distance. My family and I did not enjoy our stay. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Nothing is of 4 star worth. I would not recommend this hotel even if they offered me free stays.
