The location and overall impression was good when I stayed with my wife there but on the last day everything was ruined when a housekeeping staff member entered our room without our permission while we were sleeping inside the room. That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. My privacy and security of valuables was compromised so I don't know whats their policy for guests regarding this. I was offered free breakfast as compensation while I was leaving the same night.

The location is not known yet for that it was a little hard for the cab drivers to find it other than that everything was perfect.

Could not be happier. Excellent!!
Stayed here for 4 nights recently and can not say anything but good about this hotel. The location was very central, a very short taxi ride to Dubai Mall but there was also a regular shuttle bus.
The hotel was spotless and the rooms were of an excellent standard. Not only were we upgraded, but we were allowed to check in early. This helped massively having come of a night flight with 2 very young children.
The staff were beyond excellent and the service we received was beyond exceptional. They were all so helpful and polite however I do have to mention Roshan by name. He was super helpful and never seemed annoyed.
It was quite sad to leave having had such a good experience and I hope to see you all again soon.

Very isolated. Poor dining within hotel.
Room accommodations were very good. Unable to dine within hotel. Took forever and a day to prepare an omelette in AM. Dependent on taxis to go anywhere. For price paid, would have expected breakfast - even if it would have take long time to prepare

They are very wicked and you might book this hotel
They tricked us when arrived they told to us that they canceled us from the vogue and re- book us in DAMAC Maison the canal view with out no further nofication...

Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen!
Vi havde booket en overnatning på dette hotel 100% pga beliggenhed, da jeg havde et møde i nærheden! På indtjeknings dagen kl. 14:00, bliver jeg så ringet op af hotellet, de har flyttet os til et andet hotel der lå 10 min i bil derfra og vi havde ikke noget valg! Meget speciel oplevelse! Vi endte med at bo på Damac maison cour Jardin. Hotel og værelse var ok! Men kl. 1:30 om morgenen banker det på døren (og dette med et do not disturb skilt) og vi bliver spurgt om vi vil have et ekstra tæppe! Yderligere mangler Hairdryer på værelset (selvom den skulle være der), vi ringer til receptionen og beder dem om at komme med en, efter at have ventet i 30 min, må vi ringe og rykke for den. Da vi bestiller espresso til morgenmaden bliver vi oplyst om at "kaffemaskinen" er til reparation, så vi kan "kun" få instant coffee. Dette er ikke et billigt hotel og desværre hænger pris og kvalitet slet ikke sammen.
