The Staff particularly in Zaytoun were fantastic especially Joanna. The one serious negative was that when I asked about an accessible room (I am disabled and find it difficult and dangerous to climb into the bath to use the shower) I was made aware that they only had separate showers in the premier or suites room options which I cannot afford
