Located on the banks of the New River this home has it all! A large flat yard to play in? Check. Great river access for swimming or fishing? Check. Game room and covered porch for soft mountain rain? Check. Fire pit with provided firewood for s'mores and storytelling? Check. Jacuzzi and private balcony for mom and dad? Check. This property is perfect for family get togethers, fishing trips, girls weekends, couples retreats and more!

Stay a week and explore the New River Valley - you're only 12 minutes to access on the 55 mile scenic New River Trail (biking and hiking trail), 12 minutes to the Draper Village (restaurant, tea room, eclectic shopping, bike rentals, agritourism), 25 minutes to Foster Falls State Park (horseback riding, kayak/canoe access) and 25 minutes to Claytor Lake State Park (beach area, motorized boat rentals, hiking trails).
