「View from the hotel is stunning」

「Reception staff were hospitable and pleasant. Restaurant staff seemed to lack hospitality training and were not customer focused, preferring to look at their phones and told us to get our own wine from the bar. Our room smelt musty but was OK when windows & doors were open. A tea bag and milk would have been appreciated. Room itself was large and comfortable and the scenery was stunning.」

「My second visit the place was clean and is cleaned on a daily basis. Amazing views and trails for walks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Started our fire in the evenings. It’s family friendly and a good breakfast」

However, the host did not tell us we would be sharing the house with other guests abs this caused a startle with those we found in the house already. The gyser was not working and this was on a 9degree Celsius weather where we had to take a night and morning cold shower.
