ダウンタウン・ウェスト・ジェファーソン ホテル

「Clean room, helpful staff.」

「The husband and wife that own it were very friendly, didn't bother you, but were available if you needed them. The breakfast was fenomenal. Check in and out was easy. The house was beautiful and the decor was relevant to the period of the home. I would highly recommend staying.」

「Beautiful setting! Unique property Rustic yet sophisticated. Food is outstanding Music on the porch on Sundays is wonderful」

「Room was great, clean and comfy. Very good interaction with staff. Disappointing breakfast, typically better at Hampton properties from my experience. Tofu sausage doesn't work in NC! No light coffee, only dark roast. Spicy eggs. Keep it simple and scramble them with salt and pepper! Juice watered down.」

「This was a beautiful property that we would not hesitate to stay in again! Super clean room, yummy food (best of our trip), and the people were so nice. The cookies were nice at the end of the day! Thank you again」

「The stay was clean bedroom. Bath. And eating area for continental breakfast. I would stay again 😔 TY」

「The staff was absolutely inept. I came by the hotel the night before I had booked a room for 2 nights for a guest. Inquired to make sure the room was completely paid for and ready for our guest from out of town to check in. I was told that the room was completely paid for, and was all ready. Next day - the guest arrived to have NOTHING paid for and completely a mess. I had to call 5 times over 2 hours to get it worked out, and it was the hotel's inability to process a credit card with a...

「Great pool」

「We stayed 3 days and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Accessibility to major spots were excellent and Harris Teeter was within 10 minutes from the hotel. Only complaint can be less availability of kitchen such as sink, pot and microwave machine. But we could survive with ready-to-eat meals. Overall we recommend this hotel.」

「parking location bad. staff are typical college students, lacked general info」

「The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. My biggest issue was the breakfast. We like to stay somewhere that has a decent breakfast so we don’t have to stop first thing in the morning. They had juice/coffee, boiled eggs, microwaveable sausage biscuits, muffins, pre sliced bagels. They also had a waffle machine. The first day was ok, we ate what they had and it served the purpose. The second day the microwave was broke and the waffle mix was so thin that it was just burning and not filling...

「No service attendant for breakfast. Out of forks, scrambled eggs, and other items etc at breakfast bar. Worse Marriott I stayed in.」

「Clean, very friendly and helpful employees, and the beds were SO comfortable!」

「Nice hotel close to downtown. Would suggest asking for a room in the back away from busy street. Though after 10:00 pm the noise was not too bad.」
