「Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke! Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us. Parking- minimal. But there was some! Air conditioning- not too powerful!」

「I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. The staff couldn’t be better, always pleasant and kind. Complimentary coffee and teas were also offered in the lobby area in the mornings. I would...

「2回目の利用でした。サンフランシスコ市内からは少し離れていますが、環境が静かなところにありとても気に入っています。ただ駐車場代金は1泊で18ドル取られたのはちょっと高いなと思いました。」

「Besides a shower mat that looks like it has been through some things it was a pleasant experience. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the working was sufficient and felt my car was safe as we explored Richmond. I would definitely come back here.」

「The facility was new and clean, so was the room. However, almost everything served for breakfast was brown. If you are health conscious, I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there.」

「今回のカリフォルニア州バークレー近辺の旅行で、3箇所(たまたま全てマリオット系)に泊まりましたが、その中でも部屋は最も広く、便利で気持ちよく寝れる作りでした。 翌日の朝早い便での移動のため、こちらのホテルを予約しましたが、他のお客さんも、空港関係者や利用者さんが多かったようにみえました。 また空港までシャトルバスを運行してくれて、それも希望の時間に出発してくれて、有料とは言え、非常に有り難いサービスです。 ただ、ホテルの周りに、ショップやレストランが何もなく、その点は非常に不便でした。 極め付けは、コインランドリーがあまりに使い勝手が悪いです。ここではコインランドリーは利用しない方がいいです。」

「Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service」
