「The only thing I did not like was that I could not fully enjoy the stay or go to the spa. It was a quick trip into Santa Fe to attend a concert at the Lensic Theatre and an early morning to get on the road to an appointment. It is a beautiful hotel and location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful especial because I misplaced my parking ticket. 」

「Of course the location, service, amenities and food are excellent. One of the most special stays we have had across America. Oddly, the 4 staff at checkin were not very friendly…proficient, but not warm or welcoming, while all the waiters and waitresses in the dining room and bar were very happy and jovial.
