「The room smelled overpoweringly of bleach, which made being in the room and sleeping difficult. We could open a window, but it didn't help too much, since there was no cross ventilation. The receptionist didn't seem very concerned. The breakfast was outstanding. The bed was comfortable; the room quite small given the high booking price. Overall, I would not stay here again--I could go to a restaurant for a fine breakfast.」

「The safe in my room was broken and I couldn’t use it. The shower water was a little lukewarm. Other than that, everything was generally good. The staff were very kind and helpful.」

「The atmosphere was excellent 」

「Perfect location for sightseeing of Sanfrancisco city and waterfront. Breakfast buffet is perfect. Valley parking loose time to return car due to limited number of staff.」

「The location was great, and the hotel staff were very kind. I had a rental car, and the valet parking service was smooth and effortless.」
