「Clean room. 」

「Great location for a girls weekend. Close to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the shower (it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our check-in) but the customer service was fantastic and friendly. Both the on-site staff and Leavetown Staff are easy to work with. 」

「The staff was excellent in trying to handle the unfortunate mishap with our dog. We checked into our room it was warm and you could tell it hadn’t been open for awhile. Next morning still warm in room. I turned the heat down to 68 in room and fan on high.Went to our wrestling meet. Came back from meet our room was over 85 degrees and my dog was having a seizure from the heat in the room. They came to room checked temp said it was over 85 10 minutes after opening door and trying to get things...

「Our room keys didn’t work initially, the staff gave us the keys but didn’t actually check us in. The TV in our room didn’t work, they had to send a guy down to fiddle with it before it turned on. There was a lamp in the room that could only be turned off by unplugging it. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Excellent hot breakfast. And the staff were friendly.」
