「Clean room, clean lobby, simple but functional hotel. Great for passing through!」

「Way too many issues, remote control couldn't lower the volume, front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be BUT please make sure everything works before putting customer in a room. Light between beds waa broken or bad bulb. Walls very thin neighbor had their tv on ALL NIGHT into the morning. Bed, pillows and towels were the softest. Property could definitely use a gut job & complete remodel.」

「The room still smelled like smoke, possibly from the stair case next door. A bit old looking, the shower can remove tattoos and skin with it's ridiculously strong spray. The casino was relatively empty and quiet. The pool was closed but the foyer was very pretty. The bed was very soft and not that comfortably. I really like their towels」

「The WiFi did not work at all! Even though they give you a password we could never connect because it said “no internet”. The rooms are not clean at all. There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.」

「The main door had a broken lock, thus non locking. The supposedly non-smoking room was super laden with cigarette smoke, and you know what smell. The drawers of the night table were dirty. The refrigerator and microwave were super dirty, with leftovers in the refrigerator. The shower curtain was very dirty likewise the bathtub. Luckily no rodents! I had a second reservation for a family member and the experience was exactly the same. I stayed for 4 nights and not even once did housekeeping...

「It was an ok stay for one night. I like that there is no carpet in the room; it makes it look cleaner. Bathroom was clean. Nothing really wrong with the room but it is not a fancy stay by any means.」

「The stay was actually quite nice. The area is not the nicest but this hotel was probably the diamond in the rough. The rooms are clean. Linens were fresh. It was actually very nice. The only two complaints that I have were 1: no matter what you set the thermostat at it stayed at 71 and 2: there was a panhandler at 11 o’clock at night one night with a different sob story for everybody he walked up to. Again, other than that great stay. If I’m ever in the area, I will likely definitely stay here...

「Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that.
