Stets sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Großes Zimmer mit kleiner Kücheneinrichtung, hier kann man sich mal eine kleine Mahlzeit machen, wenn man nicht ausgehen möchte. Innenstadtnah, zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten zur Westfalenhalle. Kleiner hoteleigener Parkplatz, in der Nähe großes Parkhaus der Dortmunder U.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und soweit alles Top und sauber, auch sehr angenehm und modern eingerichtet mit eigener Küche, großem Spiegel und guten TV, sowie angenehme Betten und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Leider gab es kleinere Mängel wie z.B. das die Badezimmertür nicht abzuschließen ging. Aber ansonsten immer wieder gern !

I have stayed here before and would highly recommend. It is convenient for the train station and for decent restaurants. Customer service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place! The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel room is big and is equipped with kitchen. Breakfast basic but with good options. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, because the water gets out and flood the entire bathroom. I was able to access to late check out, awesome!

They rooms are comfortable and the staff are really helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Unglaublich gut ausgestattetes Zimmer zur Selbstversorgung und das Frühstück war auf den ersten Blick klein aber mit einer Riesenauswahl und sehr sehr lecker. Nur gerne noch mehr vegane Alternativen.

um hotel de altíssimo nível, de ótimo ambiente, decoração e arquitetura onde funcionários se esforçam ao máximo para atender as necessidades...destaque para o café da manhã de qualidade e para o café expresso chocolate ou capuccino disponíveis, gratuitos a qualquer hora...tive um pequeno problema com a temperatura do ar condicionado, que não deixava o quarto ficar mais fruio do que 22 graus...o quarto em si, é completo e tem tudo de muito bom gosto...parabéns a toda equipe em especial ao meu conterrâneo, o brasileiro Wesley

Room was clean and spacious. The staff greeted us at the check in was very friendly. It was just a short walk to the station, also within walking distance to the high street. A plus as a buffet breakfast was included. Overall a happy stay.

Fijn hotel, prima ligging, lekker ontbijt

Net hotel met mooie studio kamers (inc keuken). Prima ligging + goed ontbijt. Goed geisoleerde kamers en uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
