"Nice hotel "

"Room was not properly cleaned and two steps from the bathroom to the bed had my feet filthy. They were all too happy not to offer any services and made you feel like a bother when assisting you. Not worth it for anything more than a quick stay if no other choices were available."

"The kitchen was very well equipped, with all tools needed for cooking a simple meal, as well as basics such as salt, pepper, sugar etc. There is also a coffee machine and a microwave, and a dishwasher, with all cleaning materials such as dish washing soap, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and dish towels. "

"I saw at the booking shuttle was included in the booking,however even though i contacted the property days before my arrival I was left without a response. I got in around 12pm on Sunday and didn’t left Miami international until 2:45pm several attempts was made to contact the property and that was futile. To add insult to injury apart from having to pay for insurance for my stay i was also requested to deposit $100.00 USD, I was like are you kidding me. I also was told if there was any damages i would be liable of course i had to request someone to walk me through the room. By the way having an infant without a kettle to heat water for her tea,if i wanted tobuse the microwave i'd have to go done stairs it was alot to cope with, I didn’t even see the pool. If you're staying prepare for bad customer service,poor quality and hidden cost"

"Property was updated and room was clean. Breakfast was available, and basic. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Staff was helpful and pleasant. One elevator didnt work for a day but was repaired. Will stay again. "

"Would give this 0 stars across the board if I could. Absolutely disgusting. I knew it wasn’t going to be the Ritz and generally don’t care about it being exceptionally clean but it was gross. Tried to take a nap and couldn’t sleep because I felt grime in the sheets. Left before I had to sleep there and checked into a different spot. Do not stay here."
