The place wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. I think a bit overpriced for what it is. The pictures look better than it was, but it wasn’t bad. For $300+ I was expecting better and newer. The staff were friendly and the valet parking worked well, but overall nothing stood out as exceptional

The rooms were very comfortable and just as described. The walls were paper thin and our neighboring suite woke us up in the middle of the night while they were leaving. Also, while I appreciate the thought put into sanitization in spaces,wrapping cups individually, and even the remote controls, is more than excessive and environmentally irresponsible.

A lot of attention to detail in making sure all areas including the room are clean. Good location with the mall right across the road. Staff are friendly. This is a great location if you are going on a cruise with a quick Uber to the ports.

The location is great. There were many dining options and very walkable to the nearby mall. Definitely recommend this hotel! I always book it whenever i go to Miami. It has everything you need for a solo traveller, couple, or for families.
