"Neither front desk not staff not anyone know basic english. They expect everyone to speak in their language, which is very rude. Second, as soon as we enter the room, it looks very bad. We were scared that the walls might fall anytime - cracks all over walls. No safe nor iron box nor microwave oven - nothing in the room. Third, they were doing repair works in the middle of the day and it was very irritating as we couldn’t rest properly. Fourth, when we ask for extra towels, housekeeping gives expression as if we are stealing. They don’t give and send us to front desk. Front desk guy says they don’t have it in the back and he sends back to housekeeping. Only thing positive was it was close to multiple restaurants and airport."
