「I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. 「I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. 「Staff was wonderful but the lack of cleanliness really took away from our stay. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room, scrubbed the surfaces that were covered in a film and dust. I bought extra sheets and covered all the linens, they smelled and were horribly stained. If they get the housekeeping under control - this would be a great place. 」
