「Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. 」

「I had been wanting to stay at The Pines Inn and Cottages for some time, so I worried my expectations may be inflated - but I moved my bags in and never wanted to leave. 🌷 There are so many room details that make it easy to be away from home, the bed is so S-O-F-T, and the grounds are magic waiting to happen. It was lovely in early spring, but I can imagine what an amazing place the Inn grounds become later in the year. I cannot wait to reurn. 🍃」

Breakfast was great. Our room was so cute. It was just my husband and myself perfect space for 2. We were really bummed the hot tub wasn't opened, but they have a sauna we used. Thanks for having us. 「The room was somewhat clean, but there were a pair of mattresses right in front of the room, dirty and old with stains--I took pics---I had no choice but to check out within less than two hours and it was becuase I was no the phone with Expedia trying to book something else. I was charged for one night, even though the pics on the website look nothing like this old, falling-apart place. But never again. Driving out of the parking lot, I noticed there was nobody else. That was the worse...
