"Brilliant location and beautiful boutique hotel with unique rooms and delightful roof balcony. Good breakfast. Parking is a pain in the old town so expect to have to circle round a bit. Amenities are lacking - there was no shampoo, conditioner or tissues. Very polite helpful staff. Wonderful overall."

"事前に依頼してバスタブ付きのお部屋にして下さいましたが、バスタブとガラス仕切りの間に黒カビがあり最終日まで見ないようにしていました。初日はフロントスタッフ不在時に到着し、何とか入室はできたもののお湯が出なかったり部屋の鍵のかけ方が複雑でかけられず開けたまま眠る不安な初日でした。 部屋にポットはないのでフロントにあるお湯の出るウォーターサーバーがとても役立ちました。エアコンなしですが、7月末でも涼しい時期でしたので扇風機を使うこともなかったです。 タバコを吸う若いゲストが多く、せっかくテラスでくつろいでいてもタバコの煙から避難する必要がありました。建物が古いので床が少し傾斜していて部屋の中を歩くとふらふらし、傾いたテーブルで食べる工夫が必要です。 ネットもたまに途切れるのでログインし直しが必要です。 5つ星ホテルではないので設備面で色々困ったこともありましたが、スタッフの方は出勤時はとても協力的に手助けしてくれました。 何よりロケーションが最高に良く静かな場所でレストランやスーパーも近いのでおすすめです。"

" The hotel is stylish, modern, and clearly designed with aesthetics in mind. The room and facilities felt fresh and thoughtfully curated, and the balcony was the perfect spot to unwind after a bath with a drink and a sense of “main character energy.” The staff were also warm and friendly throughout our stay. A couple of housekeeping details slightly broke the illusion of perfection: one of the glasses by the sink had some pretty serious grime/residue on it, which was hard to ignore. In addition, the soap dispenser by the sink was empty when we arrived. The latter felt more like bad luck than a systemic issue, though. This hotel has an interesting balance when it comes to families and couples. There is a well-maintained kids’ room, which we appreciated, but many other parts of the hotel feel designed more for adults seeking a calm and romantic atmosphere. For example, the spa is definitely not very child-friendly, and some of the room’s stylish interior choices and furnishings made us instinctively enter “full-time toddler hazard prevention mode.” Parents of small children will probably understand the feeling immediately. On the other hand, for couples looking for a chic and romantic getaway, this place is very easy to recommend. Had we visited in our pre-kids era, we probably would’ve been sipping wine on the balcony pretending we were in a perfume commercial."
