"Warning!!! This hotel has bed bugs!!! I didn’t know this until after I booked the room. 2 min after I booked the room I checked the Google reviews and there were sooo many reviews from the last two months saying that this hotel lets people experiencing homelessness stay at their hotels which has left them with a really bad bedbug problem. After seeing all the evidence supporting this, I tried to cancel the reservation. I was super polite to everyone I spoke with and tried to plead with them to give me my money back but Expedia didn’t even try hearing me out and only said that if the hotel accepted the cancellation that they would refund my money. So I called the hotel and asked them very nicely to please accept Expedia’s request and they agreed. But Expedia denied that they accepted and the hotel claimed that Expedia didn’t even send them a request so I don’t know who to believe. So Expedia if you are seeing this, give me my money back, because I shouldn’t have to pay for a bedbug infested hotel room. "

"Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!"
