「Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. The listing advertised a double sofa bed, but the furniture provided was a futon. Because of this discrepancy, one guest had to secure alternative accommodations. We also encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival, including hair beneath the comforter in one of the beds.Addtional detailed house rules, such as visitor restrictions and financial penalties, were disclosed less than 24 hours before check-in and were not stated on the listing at the...

「The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. Upon arrival in the...

「This place is actually more spacious than what was shown on the listing. It was in a PRIME location for what I booked it for (music festival at RFK fields), an Aldi’s that is a 7 min walk, and the price was very fair for what you got.Check in was easy, but was a bit confusing, given all the different checkpoints to put in all the pins. Overall would book a stay here again whenever I’m visiting DC」

「If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. The balcony was a selling point, which was not supposed to be used although the actual balcony door was broken so I had to Jimmy a chair under the door to stop it from flapping open during the night, I hated the moment that I got there until the moment that we...

「While the description of the property was technically true, it fell short of expectations. For example, the description said that there were room darkening shades, but it was just regular shades that were very basic and let in a lot of light. Because of food allergies, we have to have access to a kitchen and this is why we went VRBO instead of a hotel or similar. The kitchen was ridiculously unstocked. The company representative was very receptive and provided what we asked for, but I shouldn't...

「We had a wonderful vacation in Washington DC, and while this basement rental served its purpose as a clean base camp, future guests should know exactly what to expect.1.The unit features a great kitchenette w/ full-sized LG appliances, including a combo washer/dryer. However there were no filters for the coffee and no pods for the dishwasher. Only 2 pots, no pans/baking sheet. Street parking right outside the building made loading and unloading a breeze. For sightseeing, we drove to the...
