「Stayed here for 5 nights on a work trip to Reading. The apartments come with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is amazing as I like my rooms to be quite chilly. Seating and bed is really comfortable. Only slight grumble」

「Clean and big room! But a lot of work for guest including terms to be read and carrying luggage by stairs. Direction should be upgraded since 99 moved to different location.」

「Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

「The apartment is modern, clean and well fitted out. Handy access to the city with regular bus service and local convenience shops. Good communication with the owners regarding access we would definitely like to return.」

「These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. We loved the safety and security provided on and in the properties. We have already decided that we would definitely choose this property or one of their (Kennet)...

「The noise from the neighbor’s phone, TV, and conversations was disturbing, but everything else was comfortable. I would appreciate it if you could remind them to be more mindful.」

「Perfect location, close to the centre and the studio had everything my daughter and I needed for our stay. Parking was safe for 15 per day. Georgina the housekeeper could not have been more helpful or kind, even looking out for the arrival of some birthday cards after we'd left. 「It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
